Returns and Refunds

All of my items are quality checked before being shipped out and sent in secure packaging but on the odd occasion that something might go wrong I will do my utmost to help you.

No longer want the item?

For hygiene reasons jewellery can not be returned unless it is unworn and in the original packaging. Please contact me on orders@katrilee.com if you would like to return an unwanted item - postage for returns will be at the buyers expense. 

Item arrived broken?

please email a picture of the item (still in packaging) along with the box to  orders@katrilee.com. I will issue a replacement or a refund where replacement is unavailable.

Item damaged during wear?

Polymer clay is quite durable and can last a very long time when the proper care is taken but sometimes accidents can happen through no fault of your own. If your item breaks or is damaged within 28 days of purchase I will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund where replacement is not available.
